  1. INTERPRETATION AND SCOPE
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all contracts for the sale of goods, castors, wheels, and related components ("Products") by the Company to any customer ("the Buyer", "you"), as well as your use of our website.
1.2 By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3 Any variation to these Terms must be agreed upon expressly in writing by an authorised representative of the Company.

  2. PRODUCT USE, TECHNICAL SPECS, AND SAFETY WARNINGS
2.1 **Crucial Safety Warning:** Castors and wheels are technical components subject to mechanical wear and environmental limits. The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring the selected Products match the required operating environment.
2.2 **Load Capacities:** All stated load capacities represent maximum thresholds under ideal conditions (smooth floors, manual propulsion at walking speed not exceeding 4 km/h, ambient temperature around 20°C).
2.3 **Overloading and Misuse:** Overloading, mechanical towing of manual castors, impact drops, exposure to unapproved chemical agents, or use on highly uneven surfaces will immediately void all warranties and can cause catastrophic failure.
2.4 **Floor Compatibility:** Certain wheel materials (e.g., rubber or thermoplastic elastomer) may mark, stain, or chemically react with specific flooring types. The Company accepts no liability for property or flooring damage resulting from product usage.

  3. ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT
3.1 All orders placed via our website or by purchase order constitute an offer to buy. Orders are only accepted once you receive a written dispatch confirmation.
3.2 Prices are stated in Euros (€) and exclude VAT and delivery charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.3 For standard transactions, payment must be made in full at the point of checkout.
3.4 For approved trade account holders, payment is due strictly within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. The Company reserves the right to charge statutory interest on late payments under the European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations.

  4. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK
4.1 Delivery dates provided are estimates only. The Company is not liable for any losses or operational delays arising from late delivery.
4.2 Risk of damage or loss of the Products passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the specified address or upon collection by the Buyer's carrier.
4.3 The Buyer must inspect all shipments upon arrival. Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported to us in writing within three (3) business days of delivery.

  5. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND RESTOCKING
5.1 **Business-to-Business (B2B):** Returns of standard stock items are subject to prior written approval. A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied. The Buyer covers return shipping costs.
5.2 **Consumer Rights (B2C):** If purchasing as a consumer within the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations. Products must be completely unused and in original packaging.
5.3 **Custom / Bespoke Orders:** Any Products manufactured, modified, or specially ordered to the Buyer's custom specifications (e.g., non-standard brackets, specific bearings, or specialized wheel compounds) are strictly non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production begins.

  6. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1 The Company warrants that the Products will match their description and be free from material manufacturing defects for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.
6.2 This warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, deliberate damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow installation instructions, or product alteration.
6.3 To the maximum extent permitted by Irish and EU law, the Company's total aggregate liability for any claim (whether in contract, tort, or negligence) arising out of or connected to the supply of Products shall be strictly limited to the total price paid by the Buyer for the specific Products giving rise to the claim.
6.4 The Company shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of production, business interruption, or damage to goodwill.

  7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND WEBSITE USE
7.1 All content on this website, including but not limited to CAD drawings, product text, graphics, logos, images, and catalog data, is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.
7.2 You may not scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any materials from this website for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
  8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
8.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
8.2 The courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that may arise.
